Problems with Samsung Apps after firmware upgrade

Hi
I am from Argentina. I bought a Samsung Led 3d Model UN46ES8000G in Chile.
I connected in Argentina to the Wifi. Then i did a Firmware upgrade from the Menu and now even thow i can navigate and use apps already installed, I cant install any new app from the Smart Hub in Samsung Apps. When i try, it came an Error message saying. Net interference ERROR Code 001 try later.
I called Samsung Technical support and they told me that is because i bought the TV in Chile and i am using it on another country and that the TV are only distributed for exlusive use on the country that sells them.
What can i do? Do you think thats the problem? Is there any chance i can correct this issue or get back to the original firmware.
I can assure that i downloaded apps and install them with no problem but i cant remember if i did this before or after the firmware upgrade.

you entre in service menu and change area to your country and try again you find it inder or you make reset to factory value :)
