Is UA32EH4500 Supported?

Hi guys.

Ive been reading the WiKi and forums for E series but nothing is mentioned about my TV model UA32EH4500R which is a Smart TV from Philippines

I read that I cant use any webcams for Skype except the one from Samsung which is expensive but is there a way that I can upgrade/root the firmware so that I can enable PVR and 3D?

Also, can I use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse if I will connect the Bluetooth dongle in the USB?
