Change Model EU32D6000

Hello everybody!

I have a problem. Recently I changed in service menu the model of my tv from ued6000 to ued6500. Now I would like to reverse this operation, and i tried to do this following the first two step in this guide http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/Activa ... R_on_D5500, but when i clicking the factory button in ruSamsungTVCommunicator nothing happens and i cannot change the model.

Can you help me??

Additional info: I upgraded my firmware on T-GAS6DEUC-1026.0. Could be the problem?
