Starting a web browser in kioks mode on turning on tv

Hello there,

Apologies if this is not the right section to ask this question.

I have a Samsung UN40F5500 Model.
Now my requirement is to have the web browser running with a specific page when i turn on the tv.

could anyone of you suggest me on how to achieve this?
