SamyGO with 1115

My parents purchased a Samsung TV recently and I've been checking this website but there's a couple things a still don't understand.

My TV model is UE40F70 and the firmware says I have 1115, and I think is weird since my parents also use this TV and they have auto updates enable, and in this forum you are talking about 1118 and 1120 updates. Can I use SamyGO in a 1115 TV of this model or I'm missing something here?

I checked the wiki but I think is outdated in some parts, I read somewhere it doesn't work in TVs from 2010 onwards or something like that and this TV was bought this year (I think). I don't want to destroy my TV so if someone can at least tell me that I can go ahead with the rooting I will be grateful.

You can go ahead with f/w 1115 and there's no risk to "destroy" your TV

Be aware that if you upgrade to latest (1118 I presume), you won't be able to root anymore or you'll permanently loose root if already done.
