Different firmware for Different Regions?

My TV belonged to Europe region but I changed it to Asia.
At service menu 2 firmware version mentioned. After update, version of my current region firmware changed.
Does Samsung TVs store different firmware for every region?

What Tvv model do you Have ??. Howw do you manage to change your Tv region, and also , are you using a European firmware or an Asian firmware.
