Lost focus from "On TV" screen (semitransparent screen)

I noticed some oddity when a USB disk is plugged to the TV.

My UE40F6400 automatically starts to "On TV" screen, but a semitransparent screen (lost-focus) appears after a few seconds in "On TV" page. This happens everytime when SamyGO is installed and a USB disk is plugged to TV. To switch back to "On TV" I need to press some numeric keys or SRC buttons. I tried several USB devices with same result (USB disk formatted for PVR does not cause this problem).

All scenario:

USB disk is unplugged, SamyGO installed - everything is OK
USB disk is plugged, SamyGO installed - semitransparent screen appears
USB disk is plugged, SamyGO not installed - everything is OK
USB disk is plugged, SamyGO deactivated using STOP_SAMYGO file - everything is OK

It is quite annoying. Does anyone know how to solve this strange behavior?
