"5" is not considered as a "serie" there, but only a number as everywhere. Providing full model name may help

SamyGO for H series is available for donors only, however it's quite new and there's no feedback about your firmware (T-NT14MDEUC) yet. So I'm not able to tell you if it would work on this model. It's up to you to try or not.
