Local time and daylight savig zone

Post by mackowiakp »

I have SamyGo installed on my ES8000. My question is. How can I set time in TV shell to my region. Additionally is it possible to set automatically daylight saving time/zone?

use timeinfo patch :) Just remember that if you set your shell time to your "local time" strange things can happen like:
1) removing everything from pvr list
2) apps from smart hub stop working
etc. ;) Good luck :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

NICE !!!
1) removing everything from pvr list
2) apps from smart hub stop working
So I will tun command on TV at correct time, via telnet and "expect" facility from my home server...

Nevertheless - THX !!!
