Adding keyboard layouts (Ukrainian/Russian on Dutch tv)

I have a Dutch tv model (UE40H5570SS) but sometimes I'd like to be able to type in Cyrillic letters, especially in the web browser. I have a Ukrainian keyboard attached, so having an option to choose this layout would be very nice. The list of languages in the keyboard settings shows neither Russian nor Ukrainian however (both layouts are very similar).

Does anyone know whether there is a way to use other keyboard layouts?

The language list does show Bulgarian and Macedonian (which also have Cyrillic letters). but those layouts are completely different from the Ukrainian/Russian ones (and a few letters are missing).
