[App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
That's why INTERNALMUTE option is there, if you want audio on SPDIF only, you have to set TV output to internal speakers (which also outputs to SPDIF at the same time) and enable INTERNALMUTE to mute TV speakers.
Another option: plug anything into headphones plug, it will also mute internal speakers

Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
he pm-ed me in our native language, a bit of confusion was caused by the fact that he only wants to use spdif output (and volume control) only on demand and the internal speakers by default.
could the patch be deactivated without reboot?

Thanks interpreter
In state it's not really possible and not intended in lib. Workarounds needed, for example:
-Plug "something" into headphones to mute/unmute internal speakers.
-Listen to both internal speakers and SPDIF out when needed, there's no delay at all in PCM (that could lead to some "echo").
The only mandatory condition for lib to set SPDIF volume is speaker set to internal (or headphones, that doesn't prevent SPDIF output, of course). Gotta think of killing that condition if possible

Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
If you already can set digital out volume with your remote, you simply don't need lib

Please check new version from 1st post, "problem" should be fixed and you should now be able to control SPDIF volume even if external speaker is selected as main.
As a consequence:
So, happy?

Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
Sorry for digging out an old thread, but is there a chance it will work on K?
Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
Basically there's zero chance for any Orsay stuff to work on Tizen.
I've got one for K though, will release it since requested. First have to make it a bit more friendly (now using it myself only )
edit: here you go: [App] libSPDIFvolume K

Re: [App] libSpdifVolume D/E/F/H
This would be great to use with viewtopic.php?f=63&t=8748 but I have a few bugs when using both:
- when I first start on HDMI (and DD 5.1) there's like 20seconds of delay with no sound. The sound control is working but it has 100 Steps for me and only the first 20-25 the steps really make a difference.
- When using TV the sound control is working but I also got 100 Steps and after 20-25 it gets louder and distorted.
This would be great if some ppl who wanna use both can so.
