did not startup after I update the firmware

Unfortunately I made firmware update from Samsung web site the update process done
On UPS on line without any power interrupt, at the end of update I had massage the process complete successfully but the LED refused to start up only the power LED blanking.

Would you please advise if there is a way to revive the LED
