Smart TV - Boot Loop

I have a smart TV UN40F6400AGXZD (sw version: 2133.2 - the last version of samsung).
My tv, reboot in loop, when I active the remote control (e.g: chance the channel, change volume, ....).

Can anyone help me?

Same was here. I found the eeprom as shown in wiki but it was too small to reset it myself so I send it in a service shop. Anyways they unbricked itbut now I have some functions missing... Such as in smart hub I only have browser-no Samsung Apps...Also in the menu 'Samsung Account' and 'Voice recognition' are not active ... So good luck with unbricking and hope you won't have same problems after that. Best
