Local Set to KOR

Hi, I am new to this.
I have set my tv to Local Set to KOR from US. to enable PVR.
but i don't see PVR nor i can go back and change it back to US.
Service Menu only shows SVC menu now.

Thanks in advance...sorry if i am posting in wrong place..
