I am a new bie for tv software matters so sorry if i make stupid question .... And thank you for your answers

I have asamsung UN46EU5300 USA tv.
Firmware is T-MST10PAUSC-1037.1
And. T-MST10PAUSS-1004

I live in Europe so my questions are:
Can i change my tv region from US to Europe?
Is the change enoght to get dvb-t transmissions?
Does it change the working frequencies from 60 to 50 hz (
Hdmi devises doent work because of it )?
