i bought model UA46H7000ARXUM
after the first run it made an update unfortunately before i join the forum
after that i notice that the voice recognition stop working
it looks like the tv not listening to me not hearing my voice at all
i remember that after i bought it worked few times and tv respond to my voice
but after update nothing
i tried the service menu nothing
i extended the service menu to change region to get another update as for Europe there is newer update than my area
as for Europe Version : 2790.1 as for me 2143.3
but no luck as all region available for other places like Malissia, Peru , Brazil whose have all the same version of my region
by the way remote battery good

I think you should disable OTN Support ASAP and block updates on router!!!

You should NOT get any new updates As a result it will solve all your problems since your MAIN problem is that you GOT UPDATE
