Enable Telnet

Hi all ,
I have Samsung F6400.
I installed the root like normal using the usb method , i have the FTP working i can browse and transfer files from and to the TV .
but wanted to install other patches like PVRAnyDev and NODRM , but stepped into not being able to give the files permissions .
and it appears that i have no Telnet Access or SSH.

i tried to enable it using this method. http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/SamyGO_Telnet_Enabler
but i cant follow it up , its driving me crazy , am i so stupid to the level i cant understand how it woks, or that method not working anymore ?

how i can enable ssh and telnet ?

It simply means you have incomplete root, ask in rooting thread and provide requested logs/infos/screenshot.

Telnet enabler is B or C series stuff I think
