Hello to all,
i downgraded my ue46D8000 with the Firmware Downgrade D-Series (SamyGO Proof of Concept) from Firmware T-GAP8DEUC-1022.1 to T-GAP8DEUC 1015, to use later HbbTV.
It was all very simple and well described. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, the CI + module by smardTV.com can not be authenticated. Could this be a problem of the new firmware ?
There were many problems with this module and Samsung tvs, that you can read in the forums.
So if the firmware is the problem, there is a possibility to upgrade it again ?

you can always upgrade to other firmwares using USB and regular firmware upgrade way.

Unfortunately no, I've tried it with the firmware 1023.1 from Samsung Site on the USB Stick. if i click on USB Update I get the message " no newer Version" on the screen the same is with the internetupdate.

ah yes, my mistake
, I took another USB stick and the upgrade worked.
And the other problem is the age of the firmware, the old firmware (T-GAP8DEUC-1015) cannot work together with the new software of the CI+ Modul.
I've tried the new version and the CI + module has been detected.
So, I would have to downgrade the software of the CI + module to get to the success, but I think that's not possible.

I had a similar problem with the old firmware, in that a lot of my Sammy widgets would not work...upgraded back and all was fine..
It Seems with the newer tvs coming out now that even 1018 firmware is too old.

I managed to downgrade To 1015 and update to 1018. THe samygo app remained installed in some way, all the time, I don't know how. Now I have a problem with the CI+ module, which doesn't seem to authenticate. Did Samy messed it up ? What should I do to fix it ?

Install the latest firmware for your tv, and wait until Sammy go is compatiable with later firmware.

When I boughr the tv the fw was 1018, i think, so it should work. Did the CI+ module updated it's software. It didn't noticed me.
