I02 - all examples I saw have this value
EK000 - content of
backup copy of mtd_exe/EXE_IMG_VER file
DK000 - content of
backup copy of mtd_appdata/APPDATA_IMG_VER file
09081 - firmware release date in format YYMMDD
I think that TV looks at this only for informational purposes, so if you take version string compatible with you TV it is enough to restore it and then update with original firmware.
