I did try all my 8 usb sticks with the same result as above over and over - not work.

You should always use fresh samyext4.img and check md5!!! also with each usb try also attaching rec usb.

Obviously no(?), but maybe you should try the "recording device trick" exactly as it's described in first post (spoiler).

I can not rooting for UE48H6400 firmware 2134, otn support off, procedure exactly as directed.
Telnet test from negative, log is not.
It's a new firmware or something else.

look at your tv. you must press "EXIT" ant then restart your TV with "POWER" Button.
After that you must wait until you screen was flickering 4-5 times (automatic reboots...)!

after this reboots, you can test telnet with port 3123.

ps: works for me on a UE55H6470 without problems ...

Automatic reboots did not take place, I waited about 4 min. TV running normally but without skype.

but do you get telnet on port 3123 ? Also your firmware version is VERY high. Did you disable OTN Support? Can anybody with this firmware confirm root?

HI, i have an UE22H5610AYXZT with FW2130 OTN disabled, tried to root it

after that exit -> pwr off -> pwr on and TV start rebooting (3/4 times) when fixed tried to telnet on port 33 and 3123 without success.
I would like to try with the PWR on suggestion , but when i activate it from service men? and pwr off/on TV i get "not available" when try to rec and no format HD options in menu.
so checked in service menu and PVR is again off can someone help me.

TV started rebooting means "root worked" Do you have sam.log on your usb? Please upload it
