I don't understand why people asking about that. Sorry but If you don't want to use SamyGO tools, why do you asking Samsung's Original FW questions here? Use their original forum and beg for answer...
If you want to use Samygo apps., why do you wonder whats new on newer firmwares from Samsung or why do you install latest firmwares? We already say what is new, just restrictions, billion times...
Just bored about this..

You have better to switch older firmware and than enter to the "Debug Menu" to enable AnyNet+.
I believe there is some options to enable it on "Debug Menu". Just make a research on it and look for anynet+ related keys. Also enter to Service Menu too!
But your problem will not solved by switching latest firmwares, again and again...

It find the BD-3600 but it wount switch to it when you start up the BD player?
And the AnyNet+ function is gone from the Servicemenyy as well?
If i want to see BD movie a must go manualy to the right source with remote controle.
And i want the AnyNet+ back, have you heard about sutch case before?
I had a problem with a DVD player not being recognised and had to get the player repaired. What makes you sure the TV is the problem? Do you have any other Anynet+ devices? I assume you have reset both devices.

If you are good on consumer rights, I advice you to clean your TV's firmware by uploading 2005 than 3001 firmwares (because they might argue about you due using non samsung programs) than sue Samsung to consumer rights at your country. Because AnyNet+ needed to be supported by this device due Manual but it's not. At least, samsung has to fix problem or needed to return TV's money to you. You can buy another C series TV with it. :) It's just another way.

I don't understand what you are meaning clearly...
You have to know that, some "options" does not change via Firmware update.. Use Debug panel as I said before...
